2013: Denver team captain • started 20 games •  became Denver's all-time leading scorer with 272 points (166 goals and 106 assists), passing Karen Morton's previous record of 255 points • named IWLCA All-Regional Second Team in West/Midwest • named to All-MPSF First team • lead the Pioneers with 58 goals • MPSF Offensive Player of the Week (April 8) • named Academic All-MPSF • named to Dean's List (fall)

2012: Denver team captain • named All-MPSF First Team • earned Academic All-MPSF • started all 15 games • first in the MPSF in game-winning goals (5), fifth in assists per game (1.53), seventh in points per game (3.47) and ninth in shots per game (4.73) • led the team in points (52) and game-winning goals • second on the team in goals (29), assists (23), shots (71) and shots on goal (47) • recorded a DU season-high eight points at UC Davis (April 15), while scoring a season-best four goals.

2011: All-MPSF First Team • MPSF Player of the Week (April 18, April 25) • was first in the MPSF in assists per game (2.06), third in points per game (4.33), fifth in goals per game (2.28) and seventh in shots per game (4.72) • ranked seventh in the nation in assists per game and 11th in points (78) • recorded double digits in points three times in a nine-day span: 10 vs. Quinnipiac (April 3), 11 vs. UC Davis (April 10) and 10 vs. Fresno State (April 11) • joins All-American Kristie Leggio as the only two Pioneers with three 10-point games • tied DU's single-game record with seven assists against Fresno State • 11-point effort against UC Davis was the second highest single-game total in DU history • her 37 assists and 78 points were both the fourth best single-season marks in DU history.

2010: Named All-MPSF • voted MPSF Newcomer of the Year • earned MPSF player of the week honors (March 8) • started all 18 games • was first on the team in shot percentage (.644), netting 38 of her 59 shots • led the team with three game winning goals against Saint Mary's (Jan 29), Loyola (March 3) and Oregon (April 24) • finished the season with 17 assists and 55 points.

2009: Receiving a medical redshirt after playing in two games • tallied a point from an assist against Mount St. Mary’s (2/27).

Before Denver: Four-year letterwinner for the Kent Denver Sun Devils • team captain as a senior • named First Team All-American as a junior and senior • selected to the Under Armour All-American team as a senior • named First Team All-State as a sophomore, junior and senior • four-time First Team All-League performer • chosen for the Rocky Mountain Nationals Team as a sophomore and junior • set a Kent Denver school record with 317 career points.

Personal: Born March 18, 1990 in Denver, Colo. • daughter of Gary Secora and Sondra Smith • has an older brother, Josh • chose Denver for the lacrosse team’s potential along with the coaches and the players • enjoys basketball, working out, hiking with her dogs and writing • volunteered with the Ronald McDonald House, the Lacrosse Outreach Foundation, United Way, and CGLA • made the honor roll in high school • three-year letterwinner in basketball and two-year letterwinner in cross country • basketball team captain as a senior • two-time state qualifier in cross country • named First Team All-Conference as a sophomore and Second Team All-Conference as a junior • Management major.
