2011-12: Played 12 games  posted an 8-4-0 record, 2.36 goals against average and a .932 save percentage  posted a 3-1-0 record, 1.80 goals against average and a .949 save percentage in four postseason games  posted a 5-3-0 record, a 2.68 goals against average and a .921 save percentage in eight WCHA games  recorded a school record and career-high 67 saves in 4-3 double-overtime win over Minnesota Duluth (3/16) in the WCHA Final Five semifinals  recorded 24 saves in a 6-3 win at Alaska Anchorage (1/28) in his season debut  was named to the All-WCHA Academic Team  missed the first 25 games with a knee injury.

2010-11: Played 33 games • led Denver with a 19-9-5 record, 2.28 goals against average and .921 save percentage • ranked first among NCAA rookie goaltenders in wins, and third in goals against average and save percentage • led all WCHA rookie goaltenders in goals against average (2.40), save percentage (.920) and wins (13) in league games • ranked second in the WCHA in save percentage, and third in goals against average and winning percentage (.652) in all games • named to the All-WCHA, College Hockey News, Inside College Hockey and USCHO.com All-Rookie Teams • named to the Denver Cup Classic and Red Baron Final Five All-Tournament teams • stopped 33 shots for his first career shutout at North Dakota (10/30) • stopped 20 or more shots in 29 games, including a career-high 36 three times • named the Red Baron WCHA Rookie of the Week (10/26) and Defensive Player of the Week (11/2 & 11/23) • added assists against Wisconsin (10/22) and Nebraska Omaha (2/26) • earned Keith Magnuson Memorial Award as Denver's top defensive player.

Before Denver: Played for the Canmore Eagles of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) in 2009-10 • posted a 23-19-8 record with a 3.27 goals against average, .897 save percentage and two shutouts in 52 games • named to the AJHL South Division All-League and All-Rookie Teams • added a 5-4 mark with a 3.01 goals against average and .913 saves percentage in nine playoff games for the Eagles, who advanced to the semifinals of the AJHL South Division playoffs • named Canmore's Rookie of the Year • participated in the Canadian Junior Hockey League's Prospects game and AJHL All-Star game • selected by Florida in the fourth round (92nd overall) of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
