"We are excited to welcome Drick to our program," Scott said. "His size, athleticism and skills fit in well with what we look for in our players.  In addition, I feel confident that, with the help of our current players and coaches, Drick will make a positive impact not only in our program but also in the University community."

A 6-foot-6 forward from Cherokee Trail High School in Aurora, Colo., Bernstine averaged 15 points and 11 rebounds as a junior, earning All-League First Team honors. Bernstine also played AAU basketball for the Colorado Miners.
