Before Denver: Swam for Tampa Bay Aquatics and Countryside High School in Tampa, Fla. • mid-distance freestyle swimmer • All-American and senior national qualifier in the 100 and 200-Freestyle • junior national qualifier in five freestyle races and four relay races • three-time Florida 2007 top-10 swimmer in the 100, 200, and 1000-Freestyle • finished second in the 200-Freestyle and third in the 100-Freestyle at the 2008 Florida State High School meet, earned all-America status in both.
