Trio of Pioneers Earn RMISA Skiers of the Week

All three took first in at least one event

  • Claimed a 5th place at the RMISA Qualifier in Gaint Slalom in Montana
  • Only finished outside the top-15 one time throughout the 2017 season 


  • One of 12 DU skiers to compete at the 2016 NCAA Championships in Steamboat Springs
  • Earned All-American honors at the NCAA Championships; won the women's giant slalom and finished sixth overall in the women's slalom

  • Daughter of Bjorn Olav and Vibeke Hoff Norbye

  • Chose Denver because of the ski team; knew if she was going to start college in the U.S., it would be Denver
  • Also recruited by the University of Utah
