2017-18 Internationals:
Finished third in the 50 back (26.44), eighth in the 50 free (23.42) and 25th in the 200 free (1:56.90) at the 2018 Mel Zajac Jr. International.

Part of the first All-America relay in program history, finishing 15th in the prelims of the 200 free relay with a school-record 1:17.43…The quartet broke the school record again in the 200 free relay finals at the NCAA Championships, finishing 14th with a 1:17.22…Part of the relay that broke the school record in the 400 free at the national meet, combining for a 2:52.44, cutting 0.08 seconds off the previous best time set earlier in 2017-18…Recorded NCAA B Standards in the 50 free (19.45), 100 free (43.44), 100 back (47.40), 200 free relay (1:17.61) and 400 free relay (2:52.52)…Won the 50 free once, the 100 free once, the 200 free relay on four occasions, the 400 free relay once and won the 400 medley relay once…Swam the second-fastest time on the team in the 50 free with a 19.45 at the Summit League Championships…Turned in the third-fastest time in the 100 free with a 43.43 at the 2018 NCAA Championships…Clocked in at 1:40.63 in the 200 free at the Tennessee Invitational, the seventh-fastest time on the team this season…Swam the second-fastest time in the 100 back with a 47.40 at the Summit League Championships.

Before Denver:
Swam for five years for Crimson Aquatics… All-American honoree… Voted most improved swimmer… Ski raced for six years, played soccer for nine and played lacrosse for nine.

Born December 12, 1998 in Binghamton, New York… Son of Robert and Katherine Auchinachie… Has one brother, Alex… Chose the University of Denver because it was the perfect challenge, both academically and athletically, for me as a student-athlete and the expansive opportunities that DU holds for business students… intents to become a business owner in Colorado.
