Denver Starts Record Breaking Night with A-Cut in 200 Free Relay

Pioneers' men's and women's swimmers extend streak to 14 event wins in 14 races at the 2017 Championships

Honors and Awards:
2017-18 Summit League Academic All-League…All-Summit League honors in the 100 fly, 400 medley relay and 200 fly...2016-17 All-Summit League Honoree (100 fly, 200 free, 200 fly)…2016-17 CSCAA Scholar All-American Honorable Mention.

2017-18 Internationals:
Finished 23rd in the 100 free (58.31), fifth in the 100 fly (1:01.83) and 16th in the 50 free (27.15) at the 2018 Mel Zajac Jr. International. 

2017-18:
Set a school record in the 200 fly with a 1:57.91, which also broke the Summit League Championship record…Part of a relay that finished second in the 200 free relay with a 1:31.52 at the CSCAA Invitational…Took fourth in the 100 fly with a 53.63 at the CSCAA Invitational…A member of the 800 free relay that earned a spot on top of the podium at the CSCAA Invitational, setting a new meet record with a 7:13.79…Finished sixth at the CSCAA Invitational in the 200 fly with a 1:59.73…Came in first place in the 100 free once, has won the 100 butterfly on two occasions, won the 200 butterfly twice, won the 400 free relay once, and has won the 400 medley relay once. 

2016-17:
Saw action in 13 meets in the campaign…Swam the second-fastest time on the team in the 200 fly this season with a 1:59.90 at the Summit League Championship…Turned in the third-fastest DU time in the 200 free with a 1:48.54 at the Summit League Championship…Earned the third-fastest time on the team in the 100 fly with a 54.38 at the Summit League Championship, earning an NCAA B Standard.

Before Denver:
Three-time Colorado State Championship qualifier…2016 Boulder High School MVP…2016: fourth at state in the 100 fly and 50 free, consideration for All-America in the 100 fly, school record holder in the 50 free, 100 free and 100 fly…For her club team Rallysport Aquatic Club in 2016, finished as a Junior National Qualifier in the 100 fly and finished third at the Four Corners Sectionals meet in 100 free and 100 fly…2015: sixth at state in 50 free and ninth in the 100 free…2014: sixth at state in 100 free and eighth in the 100 back.
