Pioneers Remain Ranked No. 21 in IWLCA Coaches Poll
Denver maintains its ranking after going 1-1 on the week

The Pioneers received 123 total points in the latest poll.
Stony Brook moved into the top spot this week, earning its first-ever No. 1 ranking with 618 points and 21 first-place votes. BIG EAST opponent Florida (April 21) slipped one spot into fourth, Denver’s next opponent Virginia Tech (March 7) moved up into 19th and Colorado (March 29) ranked behind Denver at 22. Stanford, who the Pioneers defeated in week one (12-9), ranked 25th, making five teams that DU has played or will play that are ranked.
Denver’s next two games are at home, hosting No. 19 Virginia Tech on March 7 at noon and Niagara on March 10, also at noon. Admission to both contests are free.
