Bullen was recently named the 2016 Orillia Athlete of the Year after winning a U19 provincial championships last summer with the Orillia Lady Kings, scoring a hat trick in the championship game. She was also a member of Team Ontario and helped lead the province’s U19 team to a gold medal at the national championships in British Columbia last July.

"We're excited to add Quintin to the roster," Team Canada’s head coach Scott Teeter said in a news release. "We've followed the progress of a number of players that took part in our selection camps and when the opportunity arose to add a player of Quintin's caliber we did."

Team Canada will gather in Oakville, ON from July 7-9 for a final training camp before heading across the Atlantic to compete against 25 other countries for the World Cup, which runs from July 12-22. A condensed roster will then make its way to Wroclaw, Poland for the 2017 World Games from July 26-30.
